How to Perform

The best way to celebrate the holidays is with some delicious food and someone special. Do not invite guests to this feast. Arrange it for only two. The woman sits on the edge of the table, puts straight hands behind her back and leans back, supporting her upper body on her palms. The man stands between his partner's hips, puts his legs shoulder-width apart, crouches down a bit and throws her hips on his torso. The female partner closes her feet behind his back. With one hand, he holds the woman's knee. With the other hand, he takes her by the waist.
